Couple Friendly, described as a heart-touching love story, has grossed Rs 5.42 crore worldwide within just three days of its release. The romantic drama stars Santosh Shoban and Manasa Varanasi as the lead pair.
Couple Friendly has received plaudits from celebs too. Rebel Star Prabhas called it Santosh's own Varsham. Star Boy Siddhu Jonnalagadda too praised the movie.
"The promotional tour undertaken by the movie team is also helping the film reach a wider audience and gain strong visibility among viewers," a source says.
"The lead performances in Couple Friendly are brilliant. Credit goes to the writers for giving Manasa a solid character. The media has truly promoted our movie as their own. I always knew this film would be seen as a beautiful love story by everyone. I was so confident that I vowed not to speak on any platform if the film didn't do well.
