Speaking at the pre-release event for Kingdom, Vijay Deverakonda conveyed several key messages, aiming to energize the audience and build anticipation for the film, which hits the cinemas on July 31.
He began by relaying director Gowtam Tinnanuri's confidence, stating that even in his absence, the director assured everyone of delivering a flawless product. The actor then highlighted Anirudh Ravichander's background score, predicting it would be explosive. He touched upon the crucial role of editing in a film's transformation, asserting that Navin Nooli's work had undeniably ensured the finest outcome. He proudly proclaimed that Kingdom was a product of individuals with immense passion and drive.
VD then spoke about the cast, singling out Bhagyashri's ambition, despite her being a newcomer, and predicted a bright future for her. He praised the exceptional talent of Satyadev and Venkitesh (an actor from Kerala), noting Satyadev's portrayal of his elder brother and describing him as a genuinely kind person. He characterized Venkitesh as an incredibly powerful actor, expressing his hope for Venkitesh to achieve superstardom.
The Liger star further revealed an encouraging observation from an overseas distributor, who, despite no direct involvement with Kingdom, felt that Vijay Deverakonda had made a powerful comeback. According to this distributor, Kingdom was his "redemption film", and the distributor was thrilled by the overwhelming advance bookings. The Family Star actor acknowledged the fans' deep desire for him to deliver a hit and their eagerness for the Kingdom team to publicly celebrate the impressive advance collections. He concluded with an earnest pledge to positively impact the lives of his fans.
