Vishnu Vinyasam, starring Sree Vishnu and AAY fame Nayan Sarika, will be released in theatres on February 28. Incidentally, it will clash with another Sree Vishnu-starrer: Mrithyunjay. While Vishnu Vinyasam is an entertainer high on humour, Mrithyunjay (February 27th release) is going to be an investigative thriller.
The overlap isn't exactly a choice by the producers but is largely driven by OTT commitments. Mrithyunjay (acquired by Netflix) and Vishnu Vinyasam (acquired by Amazon Prime Video) reportedly have strict release windows tied to their digital streaming contracts, forcing both films into the same weekend.
Co-starring Satya, Brahmaji, Praveen, Murali Sharma, Srikanth Iyyengar, Satyam Rajesh, Srinivas Vadlamani, and Goparaju Ramana, Vishnu Vinyasam is written and directed by Yadunaath Maruthi Rao under Sree Subrahmanyeshwara Cinemas. Producer Sumanth Naidu G has worked with cinematographer Sai Sriram and music director Radhan. Art Direction is by A Ramanjaneyulu, while the lyrics are written by Ramajogayya.
