Actress Chandini Chowdary, known for noted films like Colour Photo and Gaami, is gearing up for her next project, a youthful family entertainer titled Santhana Prapthirasthu. To celebrate her birthday today, the film's makers unveiled a special poster. The image features Chandini in the beautiful attire of a bride for her role as Kalyani Oruganti.
The actress has been choosy all her career. "What a positive feeling to see 3 of my films honoured by Gaddar Telangana Film Awards. Thank you to the Government of Telangana," she recently wrote on X. "I love travelling because that's the only time I am detached. I am in a place where none knows me. I have no expectations from me. I started travelling in 2015. Every journey has something new to teach you. I love solo trekking. It's like meditation. I read an Ayn Rand book while in the Himalayas. It was a transformational experience. If you don't seek validation from outside, you will always be a winner," she said in an interview last year.
Santhana Prapthirasthu, to be released in theatres on November 14, features a screenplay by Sanjeev Reddy (director) and Sheikh Dawood G. Vikranth is its male lead. The star cast includes Tharun Bhascker, Jeevan Kumar, Abhinav Gomatam, Sri Lakshmi, Harsha Vardhan, Bindu Chandramouli, Jeevan Kumar, Satya Krishna, Thagubotu Ramesh, Abhay Bethiganti, Kireeti, Anil Geela, and Saddam.
