Through Little Hearts, Mouli Tanuj wants to win the hearts of his detractors. "Some people have been trying to hurt me because they can't see me rise. They have pulled out an old remark in one of my content videos. I warn them that I am going to win them over with my film," the content creator-turned-actor said today. Mouli, who rejected many roles before (including Vishnu Oi's Laddu in MAD and MAD Square), awaits the release of Little Hearts on September 5th. Its paid premieres will be held on the 4th.
Mouli plays a dim-witted Intermediate student in the film, directed by Sai Marthand. Shivani Nagaram plays his love interest. "Every character in Little Hearts has an arc and feels lively. Mouli will be remembered for Akhil’s character. Those who watch the morning show will definitely return with their families for the evening show," the actress, known previously for an intense romantic drama, said. Her chemistry with Mouli is touted to be among the major highlights of this breezy teen rom-com.
Producer Bunny Vasu is backing the movie as a distributor. He has prioritized Little Hearts' theatrical release over that of Mithra Mandali. He is conscious of the fact that audiences expect nothing less than the best these days. "No matter how much we might request them to watch a movie in theatres, they won't come along unless the content is strong. Director Sai Marthand's uncompromising vision and his writing will click with the audience," he said.
Little Hearts is Vamsi Nandipati's most significant release since Maa Oori Polimera 2 and KA last year. "Little Hearts has been made by a young and energetic team, and working with them was fun," Vamsi said, thanking actor Sree Vishnu for supporting the movie by attending the event. Earlier, star director Anil Ravipudi graced the teaser release function.
Finally, Sree Vishnu lauded Vamsi and Bunny Vasu for being the go-to distributors for many content movies these days. He said that they are doing the job that the likes of Suresh Babu and Dil Raju have done over the decades. The Single actor is aware of the stree-busters that content creators are.
