A day ahead of the theatrical release of Anaganaga Oka Raju, producer S Naga Vamsi today revealed that the last forty minutes of the movie assume the form of a political satire. "Don't expect high-stakes satire, though. The village in which the story is set witnesses a local-level election. Naveen Polishetty's character embarks on a mission at this time. This element hasn't been revealed in the trailer," the producer shared.
Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas have jointly produced the January 14th release. "Comedy, emotion, action, songs – this is a festival film made with all the elements," the happening producer added. He also used the opportunity to justify the enhanced ticket rates in Andhra Pradesh. "We have opted for minimal hikes. This was required because our movie is coming out in a limited number of theatres owing to the wide number of releases this Sankranthi," Naga Vamsi further said.
The hero noted, "Sankranthi is a festival of joy during which we have fun in a stress-free environment. Our film captures this vibe. Our trailer has convinced the audience that there is solid content in AOR. The reception has ended our nervousness. We are confident because the audience are seeing our movie as a perfect family entertainer. The US is where premieres will be held the earliest. I am told pre-sales are so encouraging that this film is already the best in my career in terms of US collections. Every time, the US market has encouraged my films with early positive 'word of mouth'. Please book your tickets for AOR for January 14."
The Jathi Ratnalu actor further added that AOR is best watched only in theatres. "We are relying on positive 'word of mouth' and are confident about it," Naveen said.
Meenakshi Chaudhary said that she is very excited ahead of the release. "This product is the result of our hard work. You are surely going to enjoy it. Please watch our movie in theatres with your family," she added.
Master Revanth of Sankranthiki Vasthunam fame has a role in both first and second halves. The kid promised to tickle the funny bone of the audience.
Saying that AOR will let the audience forget all their worries while they watch it, debutant director Maari said, "This is a clean entertainer you can watch with your family and laugh freely."
