Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has appreciated Little Hearts. In his short review on social media, the Dhamaka actor wrote, "Heart, humour, and honest performances, everything at its best." The Mass Jathara star extended his congratulations to the team behind the rom-com.
Allari Naresh thoroughly enjoyed watching the movie. "If you have ever laughed, cringed and blushed your way through young love, Little Hearts will feel like a mirror. Such a fun, heartwarming watch with the most honest performances," the Alcohol actor wrote. Lead actor Mouli Tanuj, thanking him, described him as a "comedy legend".
Baby fame director Sai Rajesh is another fan of Little Hearts. In his social media post, Sai Rajesh wrote that content alone is the real superstar. "And the one who can create such content is the real champion. Times have changed. Unless we too change, we would continue to live in denial and blame others (for our failures)," the filmmaker wrote, describing Little Hearts as a beautiful movie. He appreciated director Sai Marthand, producer Aditya Haasan, actor Mouli, and composer Srinjith. Sai Rajesh described Little Hearts as that once-in-a-blue-moon movie that catches the BO by surprise.
