Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM) is not just the beginning of a new year - it is the beginning of an electrifying celebration. As the campus resonates with the spirited chant of “Samanvay… Samanvay”, the hearts beat faster, and the air fills with energy and anticipation. This vibrant atmosphere marks the arrival of Samanvay Time, the much-awaited annual management fest of SSIM.
SSIM commenced January 2026 on a high note by hosting the 27th edition of Samanvay, its flagship two-day intercollegiate management mega fest, held on January 8 and 9, 2026, at the SSIM Campus, Kompally, Hyderabad. The fest witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and neighboring states, transforming the campus into a hub of youthful energy, innovation, and competition.
Samanvay 2026 featured a power-packed lineup of 13 competitive events, spanning both formal and informal categories, designed to test managerial acumen, creativity, analytical skills, and artistic talent. Key events included Sreshta - The Young Manager, Start Up - Aspiring Entrepreneur Challenge, Saankhya - Detectives of Data, Ad-Venturer - Ad Designing Competition, Bulls ‘n’ Bears - The Mock Stock, Business Quiz - A Walking Encyclopaedia, and Sustainable Development Goals Poster Presentation.
Adding cultural vibrance to the fest were popular informal events such as Sangeet Sangam (Singing Competition), Floor Fusion (Dance Competition), The Hunt - Treasure of Pleasure, Fashion Fiesta (Fashion Show), Cut ShoT - Short Filmfare, and the much-anticipated BGMI (PUBG) Gaming Competition.
Reflecting the growing popularity of the fest, over 4,000 students registered for various events this edition, and Samanvay 2026 continued this legacy with overwhelming participation and excitement.
The grand Management Fest was graced by Subhalekha Sudhakar, renowned Cine Artist, as the Chief Guest, and Sridhar Nandiraju, AVP – JIO, as the Guest of Honor along with Aarathy Sampathy (President & Chief Executive), Dr. Sailesh Sampathy (Vice President & Dy. Chief Executive), Deepika (Associate Vice President). Their presence and inspiring addresses added immense value to the event, motivating students to pursue excellence, innovation, and leadership.
