Euphoria, the Gunasekhar directorial, is heading to theatres on February 6, 2026. Its Trailer was unveiled today at an event in Hyderabad.

Speaking on the occasion, the Rudhrama Devi director suggested that Euphoria is emotionally very close to him, his wife, and his daughters. "Much like us, every single member in your family is going to connect with the film. This story needed to be told. We set out to cast newcomers in leading roles. We auditioned real fresh faces for about six months. Vignesh Gavireddy, Prudhviaj Addala, Likhita Yalamanchali and many others were finalized only because of their talent. They look the part of individuals in their late teens. Sara Arjun was chosen because of Ponniyin Selvan. I knew that she is a choosy actress. Had she not agreed to do the role, we wouldn't have proceeded with the project. Since Euphoria deals with a contemporary issue that affects millions of young women, we wanted a fine actress like Sara to do the part. I was initially reluctant to cast Bhumika Chawla in the role of a mother. To me, she is Swapna (from Okkadu). I couldn't imagine her as a mother to a 17-year-old boy. Anyways, we cast her and she has delivered a superb performance. She came on board after reading the full script. She looks as young as she was when she did Okkadu. Gautam Vasudev Menon plays a jovial Commissioner of Police who is not preachy; his role is key. Before Kaala Bhairava confirmed his presence, his father (MM Keeravani) called me. He told me he liked the script, which he had read without my knowledge! He told me Euphoria is topical and the need of the hour. The BGM by Kaala Bhairava will be talked about by everyone. He has outperformed his father himself. Please watch our movie on February 6."

Bhumika Chawla said, "This has been a very special journey. I have worked with Guna sir for many years. Blood, sweat, time, emotions... a lot goes into making a film. Euphoria is one of the most special films in my career. Most of us are parents, most of us are children, most of us have families, and most of us have easy access to many things. Which is why we need to know where to draw the line, and we all need to watch a film like Euphoria."

Sara Arjun, recently seen in Dhurandhar, said, "I am happy to be coming out in a Telugu film. It's an honour to work with Gunasekhar garu. The entire team behind Euphoria is wonderful." She revealed that Vijay Deverakonda is her current Tollywood favourite.

Producer Neelima Guna said, "This journey hasn't been easy. Therefore, this Trailer has made me extremely emotional. I was in Standard IV when my dad was making Okkadu. I met Bhumika garu when she was shooting for Nuvvem Maya. The newcomers have worked very hard on Euphoria."

Actor Vignesh Gavireddy said, "I am overwhelmed. As an outsider, the film industry is entirely new to me. Although I am a trained actor owing to my passion, I was nervous. I landed Euphoria even before I finished college. Gunasekhar garu gave me full freedom, something that I wanted. Since I am a newcomer and have no connections, I don't bring any financial returns to the table. Yet, the producers placed their bets on me. Every single rupee spent on Euphoria has a risk going for it. Playing Bhumika garu's son was a pleasure. Euphoria doesn't adhere to a rigid template. "
