Get ready for Baahubali: The Eternal War, an animation film set to hit the big screens in 2027 (most likely). Being made on a massive budget of Rs 120 Cr, this one is directed by one Ishan Shukla.
In a chit-chat with Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, Rajamouli put the record straight about The Eternal War, saying that it is not a sequel named Baahubali 3 but just a continuation of the story of Baahubali in a different way. Producer Shobu Yarlagadda is mounting it as the most expensive animation film in Indian cinema.
It seems Baahubali: The Eternal War is Ishan Shukla's version of the continuation of the world of Baahubali. Unlike a 2D animation film, this 3D format will be "very, very high-end".
A teaser of Baahubali: The Eternal War will be released with Baahubali: The Epic, hitting the cinemas worldwide on October 31st, with early paid premiers around the world on the 29th and the 30th.
