Oka Manasu, originally released in theatres in 2016, is now officially streaming on ETV Win. Starring Naga Shaurya and Niharika Konidela, the movie has been eagerly anticipated for its OTT release and is already beginning to win hearts on the digital platform.
Directed by Ramaraju, the conversational love story showcases his distinct skill in crafting emotional romantic dramas, as it beautifully explores the lasting impression of first love on young hearts.
One of the biggest highlights remains the timeless music by Sunil Kashyap, featuring songs such as 'O Manasa' and 'Ninne Lenantha'. The film's ensemble cast also includes prominent actors like Rao Ramesh, Krishna Bhagavan, Srinivas Avasarala, Vennela Kishore, Pragathi, and RJ Hemant in pivotal roles.
The film has a unique plot point. Naga Shaurya plays Surya, a well-meaning aspiring political leader who is into mediating settlements between rival parties. One such settlement alters his life forever when a fake police case under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is filed against him. Since the Act has unforgiving provisions, he ends up battling legal issues. Niharika Konidela plays a medical student in Oka Manasu.
