Zingroll is an AI-powered video publishing platform that creates and distributes AI-generated movies and shows. The company, founded in 2023 by Harshit Yadav, uses various AI tools for its production process, including Midjourney, Hailuo, Kling, Luma, VEO2, ChatGPT, and ElevenLabs.

The news is that the company is bringing out an all-AI film based on the Ayodhya Ram Mandir movement of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Its trailer shows fiery speeches by BJP's LK Advani and VHP's Sadhvi Rithambara. The protagonists of the Ram Janmabhoomi Movement delivered iconic speeches.

Some movie buffs are awestruck by the quality of the visuals. "To see this level of craft achieved with just AI and peanuts for a budget is mind-boggling. I think only AI filmmakers can do justice to our glorious history and epics, something Bollywood, with all its crores and stars, has consistently failed at," wrote The Skin Doctor.

"It’s incredible! With almost no budget, AI has shown the level of dedication and craft that Bollywood, even with crores and big stars, has consistently failed to achieve," a social media user wrote.

But there is a counter-view. A trailer looking awesome is one thing. The film itself making an impact is not guaranteed. AI visuals have a limited wow factor when you watch such videos on repeat. The artificiality shows. Cinema is a visual medium. The moment you make everything plastic, the storytelling itself loses its appeal and durability.
