Sai Durgha Tej made an appearance at The Fast & Curious - The Auto Expo 2025 by Student Tribe in Hyderabad, where his message focused sharply on road safety following a near-fatal accident.

The Virupaksha actor wasted no time in delivering a serious plea to the audience, urging everyone to prioritize safety. "Everyone, please wear a helmet. Don’t overspeed. Drive carefully," he stressed. He spoke candidly about the devastating two-wheeler accident he suffered in 2021, revealing how it completely shifted his outlook on life and his career. "After my accident, I faced many challenges. I couldn’t even speak properly for a while," he recalled.

He shared how the recovery process demanded immense discipline: "I used to read a lot and exercise daily. Now I just want to remind everyone — safety first.”

Recalling his early struggles before his debut, he said, "I carried my profile and went around many offices. Some people even used my photos to eat peanuts! Even when financial problems and delays came my way, I never gave up on my dream.” Rey was his first movie.

He then credited a personal hero for guiding him through it all: Pawan Kalyan. "Like a favorite teacher, he always supports and motivates me," he shared. He has previously acted with the Jana Sena chief in BRO.

Sai Durgha Tej also revealed a glimpse into his garage and his ultimate wish list. While expressing his love for his current rides, the Royal Enfield and Mahindra Thar, he named his dream machine: “My dream car is the 1968 Shelby GT 500 Mustang. One day, I will definitely own it.”

On the occasion, he also interacted with fans who had assembled there.

Sai Durgha Tej is currently working on Sambarala Yeti Gattu, directed by newcomer Rohit KP. The actor has acted in BRO and Republic in recent years. Chitralahari, Prathi Roju Pandage and Solo Brathuke So Better are among his other releases.
