To celebrate the success of Raju Weds Rambai, an event named Great Love Story Mass Success Meet was held on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, ETV WIN Creative Producer Tanmai said, "We thank the Telugu States. Good content always reaches the audience. A tasteful director always encourages heartfelt lyrics. The music in our film breaks the mold by encouraging strong lyrical content. The music is not noisy. We have toured some places in Telangana. Rambai (Tejaswini Rao) is enjoying so much love. Akhil Raj's performance struck me as very good when I watched the rushes." ETV WIN Creative Producer Nagaraj thanked the audience, further promising that good stories will continue to be brought to the audience.

ETV WIN Nithin Chakravarthy said that he was so tense ahead of premiere shows last Thursday that he was in tears. "I was so scared that my heartbeat rate increased. Fortunately, God is on our side. Across markets, be it rural or urban, our film is a hit. Raju Weds Rambai is moving the audience to tears. Little Hearts and Raju Weds Rambai are the twin hits from ETV Win much like Chitram and Nuvve Kavali were (for Usha Kiran Movies' Ramoji Rao) 25 years ago. In Nizam alone, our movie will gross Rs 10 Cr. I wanted this movie to become a hit for director Saailu Kampati. He may not be unsophisticated but knows how to treat fellow humans well. He is Tollywood's Vetri Maaran. Come back to me after ten years. This is a single-screens movie, which has birthed four stars: Akhil Raj, Tejaswini, Chaitanya Jonnalagadda, and Suresh Bobbili. I appreciate producers Venu Udugula and Rahul Mopidevi. Our movie will eventually gross Rs 20 Cr," he said.

ETV WIN Sai Krishna said that four members can watch Raju Weds Rambai and eat snacks in the intermission for just Rs 600. "This is the best compliment we have received for our movie," he said.

Director Saailu Kampati said, "I am whatever I am because of my parents." In his speech, the debutant thanked everyone from the ETV Win to the Vamsi Nandipati-Bunny Vas duo and the film's crew.

Producer Rahul Mopidevi said, "Art has no budgetary parameters. The budget might be three crores or hundred crores, it doesn't matter. We are thankful to the distributors for taking the film to the audience."

Producer Venu Udugula said, "If Sree Vishnu is why I became a director, ETV Win is why I became a producer. With the encouragement given by the success of Raju Weds Rambai, I will introduce new directors to the industry. We screened this movie to a distributor, who brought five others along with him without our consent. They walked out of the show during the interval. Worse still, they propagated that Raju Weds Rambai won't be watched by the audience. Today, they have been proven so wrong. This film is the fruit of two years of hard work."

Vamsi Nandipati said that Raju Weds Rambai was written off by many even after the release of a hit song. "After the trailer release, they said that it would work to an extent only in Nizam. But after successful Day 1, they were embarrassed. This success will always be special to me and Bunny Vas. It was a gutsy decision to price the ticket at Rs 99. Akhil Raj could become someone like Nani and Vijay Deverakonda. Tejaswini Rao's performance in teary scenes is so natural that she reminded me of Savitri. Chaitanya will have a sway for the next 20 years," he added.

The event was attended by actor Sree Vishnu as the chief guest. Also present were writer Kona Venkat and filmmaker Bobby Kolli.
