Speaking at an event held to thank the audience, Sundarakanda actor Nara Rohith on Friday said that critics' reviews for his movie have been very encouraging. He promised to take into consideration their feedback the next time around.
"Sundarakanda is showing in theatres at affordable ticket prices. Please go and watch our movie in the theatres over the weekend. The movie is for the family audience. My producers have been constantly putting in their efforts on the publicity front. (Comedian) Satya's comedy has been enjoyed by the audience," Rohith said. "Given the nature of the story, every character had to be properly written, without overstepping the constraints imposed by it," the Bhairavam actor said about his latest movie.
Director Venkatesh Nimmalapudi thanked the audience for accepting the film. "It's not a mean feat to make the audience laugh. I want to thank Rohith garu and producer Santosh anna. Thanks to the support extended by the producers, I could make the most of my creative freedom. I have known Rohith garu for the past seven years. He trusted me to handle the complicated storyline. He collaborated with me on this film even though his well-wishers had advised against it," the director said. He added that he feels blessed to be compared with Trivikram Srinivas on the dialogue front.
The film, co-starring Sridevi Vijaykumar, Vriti Vaghani, VK Naresh, Sunaina, and others, was released in theatres for Ganesh Chaturthi.
