Mirai's UA versus Kishkindhapuri's A rating

Mirai has been given U/A by the CBFC. On cue, People Media Factory is promoting the movie as a "CLEAN FILM for KIDS, FAMILIES and ALL SECTIONS OF AUDIENCE". And, in keeping with the trend fortified by HanuMan and other recent hits, Mirai will be rich in "Action, Emotion & Devotion".

Mirai's marketing pitch stands in contrast to that of the horror thriller Kishkindhapuri, which will be released in theatres on the same day (September 12th). Directed by Koushik Pegallapati and produced by Sahu Garapati under Shine Screens, the film was recently certified A with zero cuts.

Kishkindhapuri's A rating has been fearlessly highlighted by Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas. The film co-stars Anupama Parameswaran and offers jumpscares.

The question is, will the audience prefer Mirai's Super Yodha or Kishkindhapuri's super spooks? The verdict will be out on September 12th.
