In recent times, films like Kannappa have been postponed to take time to perfect VFX. Chiranjeevi's Vishwambhara is following the same path.
Its release date won't be announced anytime soon. The D-Day is not in sight because UV Creations is not yet fully satisfied with the VFX output for many scenes. But this is not stopping director Mallidi Vassisht from giving interviews.
"Chiranjeevi garu reposed faith in me and gave me the opportunity to work with him. I am just a second-time director. I can't afford a disappointing output when he trusted me," the director said.
Vishwambhara is a socio-fantasy film whose VFX has been a bone of contention for the past many months. Its teaser featured AI visuals, resulting in widespread condemnation.
Vishwambhara's final schedule is currently on. A song has been filmed on a set in Hyderabad. Chiranjeevi and Mouni Roy are the dancers in this Bheems Ceciroleo musical.
