The Raja Saab will be ready by the end of October. Yet, People Media Factory and Prabhas are facing a dilemma over its release date. They are yet to finalize a date.
Two options are under consideration: December 5, 2025. And January 9, 2026.
December 2025 is the preferred date by Bollywood trade circles. Producer TG Vishwa Prasad has been advised to zero in on the date because there won't be any major Hindi releases in December, especially if Durandhar is moved out.
January 2026 is the preferred date by a section of Prabhas' fans and stakeholders in the Telugu States. They want a big-ticket Prabhas release to be released for Sankranthi to maximize footfalls.
The Raja Saab is directed by Maruthi and has music by Thaman. It co-stars Sanjay Dutt, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar and others. The romantic horror-fantasy film also features Saptagiri, Prabhas Sreenu, VTV Ganesh and Vennela Kishore.
