Zumba Performance and Class at Novotel Hyderabad Airport Employee Celebration Week

“Employee Celebration Week” was organised at Novotel Hyderabad Airport as a part of country wide celebrations. The 4 day celebrations comprises of events to promote team bonding and also it is a way of Thanksgiving and appreciating the hard work that the team puts in during the year.

This year Novotel Hyderabad Airport has organised a 4 day long celebrations which is planned keeping in mind several aspects of not only fun and enjoyment but also fitness and giving healthy lifestyle for the team. As a part of week long activities Novotel Hyderabad Airport has organised various events like the Zumba Session, a competition to create “best from waste”, treasure hunt, pottery session and many more exciting events to engage the employees. The celebrations will culminate into a finale which will be a grand gala night where they will be entertainment acts performed by the team members. The Novotel Hyderabad Airport team has also gifted a Public address system to ZP school at the Mamidipally village, as the team observed that the school was looking to replace the sound system.

The Zumba session which took place at The Venue (Open air Lawns) was a hit and saw a participation of Mr. Ravi Khubchandani General Manager of Novotel Hyderabad Airport along with the employees. The session showcased amazing dance-fitness technique that involves aerobic movements with a vibrant music. The session was highly effective and the employees enjoyed exercising in an engaging atmosphere.The session has instructed by renowned fitness experts in town and was a part of Novotel Hyderabad Airports larger goal of a fit and efficient team force.

This year we are celebrating the completion of 10 successful years of AccorHotels in India and also our remarkable success in the Aon Best Employer India Study 2016, where we proudly earned the highest Engagement Score in the first ever AccorHotels Global Opinion Survey 2015. The theme this year is 'Perfect 10' which symbolises the overall achievements of AccorHotels India and our future road map to success.

This year at Novotel Hyderabad Airport we are organizing 4 day long celebrations, keeping in mind several aspects of not only fun and enjoyment but also the physical well-being of our valued team members. We have planned a host of fun & fitness led activities like the Zumba Session which is currently underway. We also organised rain dance yesterday and conducted a contest inspiring teams to create "best from waste". Also part of the celebrations are a treasure hunt and many more exciting events. Finally a grand gala night is planned for the finale, where the teams will put forth thrilling entertainment acts. We strongly believe in an inclusive celebration and therefore, the team has gifted a Public address system at the Mamidipally village ZP school. The team had noticed that the school needed a replacement of the system in one of our previous visits.

The sentiment in our team is really positive and they are all charged-up, and events like this only add to their energy levels. There is also a great amount of team bonding that happens during such events which helps create a synergy within the team."
